While we worked hard to keep Park City Mountain open during the strike, we are committed to addressing the impact it had on our guests’ on-mountain experience. These credits are for guests who skied or snowboarded with a pass or a lift ticket at Park City Mountain during the patrol strike which occurred between December 27, 2024, and January 8, 2025.
The decision to provide credits reflects that Park City Mountain was open during this time and the majority of the 2024/25 winter season is still ahead of us, giving Pass Holders time to continue to use their pass both at Park City Mountain and our other mountain resorts.
Lift tickets are refundable as outlined in the Lift Ticket terms and conditions. Any unused days on your lift ticket are fully refundable until 5:00 p.m. local time on the last day of your ticket. For guests who used their lift ticket between December 27, 2024, and January 8, 2025, they will receive a credit as outlined above.
The Park City Mountain patrol strike is not a qualifying event under Epic Coverage. If you have other extenuating circumstances that might qualify for a refund under Epic Coverage, please submit a claim through the Epic Coverage Website
If you believe you were eligible but haven’t been contacted about a credit, please submit an inquiry through Park City Mountain Holiday Credits.
Pass Holders’ current 2024/25 season pass, or unused days on their 2024/25 Epic Day Pass, will remain active for use over the remainder of this season.
