Park City Mountain opened its slopes on December 21, 1963 as Treasure Mountains. The resort boasted the longest gondola in North America, a double-chair and two J-Bars.
Sixty years later, Park City Mountain is the largest resort in the United States, with over 7,300 acres of terrain for skiing and snowboarding, 41 lifts, and world-class lodging and dining on-mountain and in our base areas. Feel like visiting vibrant Park City Main Street? Park City Mountain is the only resort in Park City that offers direct ski and ride access to the lively shops and restaurants on Main Street
We’d like to invite you to join us as we celebrate six decades of world class skiing and riding during the weekend of February 9-11. The weekend kicks off with live music and fireworks at Canyons Village on Friday, February 9, followed by activations across the mountain all weekend long. Indie rock band Wilderado headlines the event with a complimentary performance Saturday, February 10 at the Eagle Plaza Super Stage at Mountain Village.
